Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.
3. Product Information
The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the products are specified during the order process.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on the buyer's location.
5. Payment
Payments are securely made via credit card, debit card, or Shopify payment infrastructure.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
7. Return Conditions
After the returned products are inspected and found suitable, a refund will be issued. Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in a resalable condition are not covered by the return policy.
8. Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by a legal warranty against manufacturing defects. Issues arising from user error are not covered by the warranty.
9. Privacy
The Buyer's personal information is protected under the Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Enforcement
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when placing an order.
