At KENN PAUL, customer satisfaction is our priority. Your return and exchange requests for products you have purchased will be evaluated according to the conditions below.
2. Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
3. Return Conditions
Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- Its original packaging and tags must be intact
- It must be in a resalable condition
For hygiene reasons, underwear products must be unused.
4. Exchange Policy
Your size exchange or model exchange requests are processed subject to stock availability. The product must be unused for exchange transactions.
5. Return Process
After the return request is approved and the product reaches us, necessary checks will be performed. If found suitable, the payment will be refunded according to the payment method used.
The refund period may vary depending on your bank.
6. Shipping Fee
- For defective products, the shipping fee is covered by our company
- For other return and exchange situations, the shipping fee may be borne by the customer
